Professional Goals 

Inquiry Based learning 

In my future as a teacher, I hope to create a more calm, freely, explorative classroom. I want my students to have the opportunity to guide and plan their own learning. I want their observations and their creativity to guide their ideas.

Meaningful Relationships 

As a learner, I want my students to see me as someone to look up to. I want to spend more time getting to know them, their style, and personal beliefs. I want them to feel safe and loved always.

Incorporating Redesigned Curriculum

My goal for next year especially is to spend more time adapting the new curriculum to my teaching. I want to take a closer look at it earlier in the year. Meet and plan with colleages is something I value immensely at the school I am at.
